Room was clean. We did encounter a minor issue with noise from other guests in the hallway during the night.

I didn't like that I couldn't get in the front lobby door after 11 I think it was. Had to use the steps

By and large, it was newly remodelled place with respectful staff from check-in to check-out. Location: the hotel was very close to a shopping area and charlotte thats all and nearby stores. Furthermore, close to nice restaurants. We liked the property and would come here again.

Breaking it down, plain and simple

While the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a fast check-in, the room left much to be desired. The furnishings were dated, and we encountered several maintenance issues. The limited breakfast options and the unexpected parking fees added to our frustrations. This stay was merely average and didn't meet expectations.

New policy for parking car overnight.If you do not purchase in advanced you can not leave your car there. I was not informed a head of time.

Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The lady working nights (I think her name is Lisa) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We came back late one night and she had just made fresh cookies. She opened up the kitchen so we could have some milk and cookies before bed! The rooms were clean. The location was convenient.

The last night we stayed there, we had a party of teenage boys staying in the two rooms on each side of us. They were extremely loud and woke us up several times throughout the night. I asked them to keep it down, I called the front desk twice to complain and they asked them to keep it down. I think the hotel needs to have a plan in place for unruly guests. They should be given 3 warnings and if they do not comply they should be escorted out of the facility. It is not fair to the other paying guests to be woken up 2, 3 and 4am when they have to drive and work the next day. BUT the upside is the lady at the front desk in the morning refunded one night's stay because of the inconvenience. Excellent focus on customer service! Thanks!

Not bad for a quick stay

The room was cozy, and the beds were actually pretty comfy. The breakfast spread was decent, but Ms. Wang, the breakfast lady, was really friendly, she even helped me with a waffle!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

Super clean, quiet, pretty good breakfast. The facilities are spotless. Clearly the best value I've seen in a hotel room in a long while.

I had a nice stay with a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast, though the room had some cleanliness issues. I would stay again despite the minor hiccups.

Arrived at to hotel and was rudely told by the lady at the front that they have canceled my reservation but if I pay their price for the room which was $50 more then the room would be available. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Hampton inn.
